Republic services has been so difficult to deal with. Theyve made mistake after mistake after mistake within my first two weeks as a new customer. First, they accidentally took my trash and recycling cans with them on my first trash pick up date. Then they destroyed my temporary trash can when picking up my trash the next week. Recently has become unreliable and changed bulk pick up making it harder for consumers.. used to be able to put out my one large item a week now wonder if I will get trash or recycling service when scheduled. I work during business hours and should not have to “ schedule” a pick up.
Easy in and out open at 700 no dock delivery but it was very quick.
Never picked up recycling the week of labor day.so we pay for a service that we never got!! So letter explaining why .should get a credit on our bill.will be talking to a state rep
Scheduled bulk item pick ups on 9/10 and 9/17. When I call, I'm told it's scheduled or the driver is on the way. Both items are still in front of my house.
