Consistently late pick ups, delayed more often than on time. Drivers who couldn't care any less.
This has to be one of the worst establishments I have ever dealt with!!! As someone that has been in customer service for over 20 years you all should be embarrassed how your customer service is handled!! They have missed multiple bulk item pickups, they have refused to take a wrapped mattress because it was leaning against my fence because there is not an established curb. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!
Just as bad service as pen waste. In other words they are a waste of air! They out source calls to people that hardly speak English and then dont pick up the trash that we payed to have REMOVED! Next time you will hear from me in court.
No complaints with service. Its easy to get ahold of someone on the phone. Its also a quick and easy process to schedule bulk pick ups. All customer service reps are friendly and helpful.
6/17/26 another missed pickup, twice within a month. I don't recommend this company!!! Hd to beg for pickup again. 20 minutes on the phone with a foreign call center. Ridiculous. Do better!! Sounds like a big part of the route wasn't picked up, even though the route says it's completed. Driver must have the fire company following him trying to put out his pants fire!
