I will rate the company below 1 but Adam out of York gets 5+ stars. He has been nothing but a rock star when it came to my residential problem and recently a problem at my employer. Both times I have had nothing but excellent customer service as well as honesty from him. I made him aware of the situations and he had them taken care of in less than 24 hours. If I was able to give him a raise I would. He definitely deserves it. Thanks again Adam!
We’ve had a great experience with Republic Services. Our trash pickup is dependable, and their customer service has been excellent. A special thank-you to Julie Mooney, who is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful in resolving any concerns. She made the entire process easy and pleasant. I've lived at my current address for about 7 yrs and always had Republic for waste management. The last 6-10 months has been embarrassing. Sometimes they show and other times they don't. No communication to homeowners. Today is pickup here and guess what, no trash or recycling picked up- they are never here this late in the day. So another week of hide and seek. They never pick up a single thing that’s not in the trash can. I used to be able to put a little extra trash out that didn’t fit in the can. I neatly put it out as well so it’s not hard to pick up and it’s never really that much. This wee it’s a couple small items that are bagged neatly. Way too often it’s delayed or cancelled all together anyways. Get your crap together! Over priced service for such crappy service. Maybe I’ll just bring it to you and throw it on your doorstep.
Gloria at Republic services was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a situation where I needed help quickly. Gloria and her team were able to accommodate my request in the timeframe that I needed. It was a very easy process to start to finish. I will definitely use Republic services again.
