Let’s start with the basics. I have been with republic for years with absolutely no issues. Some company bought them and they have transitioned into the worst company ever. You try to call customer service and sit on the line for 45 minutes before hanging up. They suspended our services because we “didn’t pay”. The only reason why they are still in business is because the fortcollins city council signed a contract with them. Stay as far away as you possibly can from this business. If I could give a 0 Star I would.
The worst customer service I ever had to deal with. 45min on hold to cancel service. As you probably understand why. Called three times, 45 min hold each time. Not worth it. My last phone call! Will record unfortunately
Got a bigger trash can & said it would be delivered today. It wasn’t so I called and they had no record of me calling. It sounded like I was talking to people from a different country to o & apparently I can’t change my card for auto pay, I have to remember to manually do it in 2 months and change it then. So we will see if I get my bigger trash bin next Wednesday because they said they can’t swing by and drop it off this week?
I live at an address that has a similar address several blocks away. In January my service was spontaneously canceled by Republic, stating I had moved in December of last year, I've been living in the same house for 12 years and have not moved.... They refused to reinstate my service indicating that I had to go through the sales and set up a whole new account, I called my city and they handled it.
