No satisfaction at all. Confusing.
This company was charging us 8 times more then their competitors in our area through unannounced rate increases. Look around. You may be able to find the same services for much less.
Let’s start with the basics. I have been with republic for years with absolutely no issues. Some company bought them and they have transitioned into the worst company ever. You try to call customer service and sit on the line for 45 minutes before hanging up. They suspended our services because we “didn’t pay”. The only reason why they are still in business is because the fortcollins city council signed a contract with them. Stay as far away as you possibly can from this business. If I could give a 0 Star I would.
The worst customer service I ever had to deal with. 45min on hold to cancel service. As you probably understand why. Called three times, 45 min hold each time. Not worth it. My last phone call! Will record unfortunately
