Horrible service. They charge quarterly rates for recycling pickup, only they don't pickup. In a 12 week span, I am lucky to have my bin emptied 1 or 2 times. I have spoken to management numerous times over the past year with promises to pickup as scheduled, but that never happened. I cancelled services and then was billed for services never rendered. Did not pick up for over 6 weeks and after new new billing cycle what to charge you for it. And won't give any reason for not giving discount or refund for what they didn't do. This company sucks and glynn county should find a different company for garbage and recycling pick up.

This company doesn't do what we have hired them to do: Pick up our garbage or recyclables on the schedule they chose. Maybe they come, maybe they don't. I have called the Republic Representative over 3 dozen times over the last 3 years, nothing changes, and now even worse. I am glad I don't have to call Georgia Power or Glynn County Water monthly to remind them to turn on our power or water.
