Has to be one of the worst run companies on earth. Took 3 weeks, from the time of payment, to get a can. After being told several times each week that it would "be there tomorrow" The can finally shows up and they have apparently created 2 accounts for me, at the same address. One with the correct spelling of my name and one with a completely different spelling. Despite me correcting the agent on the phone, in real-time, while going through the sign-up proces, they still created 2 accounts. I received 3 different quotes for ... read more
The worst. Customer service lies all the time too! I just canceled.
They won’t pick up your trash. Everytime you call they say tomorrow. At this point I think they expect my call and replay someone saying “don’t worry, it will be picked up tomorrow” yet my trash keeps on piling up.
I would like to speak to a human being who resides in New Jersey, not some random person working in a call center in another country who could not possibly care less that I'm paying for a service from a company who will happily steal my money and not provide the service. HOW CAN I DO THAT? If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. If someone pays for a service, are they not supposed to be serviced? Are there other human beings out there who just randomly throw their money at a company just for the hell of it? And then ... read more
