always very good, timely service. friendly, responsive and cooperative reps and staff. good communications.
I would give 0 stars if it would let me. The drivers are so lazy they don't get out of the truck. If the can is a foot out of reach of the arm they leave your trash. Phone personnel is unprofessional and rude. They don't offer any real options where I would which is the only way they are able to keep customers. They're in the right business because they are totally trash.
We have used Republic Services for a number of years and are very happy with them. We are also very pleased with our representative Eric Reliford who is easy to work with. John
Please stop moving my trash cans from the curb to the middle of my drive way blocking me from pulling in after work. I’d like to not have to block traffic on a main road in order to move the cans just to pull into my own driveway.
Pittstown, NJ. they have not picked up recycling in over 2 months. I do not recommend.
