The company charges hidden fees that they don’t list on their itemized bill. Their service isn’t that great it takes forever for them to answer their phone. Republic didn’t deliver on a few promises made on the long awaited phone calls Example: a missed recycling pickup backed up my pickup by 2 weeks and couldn’t fit it all in the next run. They kept telling me to leave the trash out, but they never picked it up or followed up with me to confirm the job was done.
always very good, timely service. friendly, responsive and cooperative reps and staff. good communications.
I would give 0 stars if it would let me. The drivers are so lazy they don't get out of the truck. If the can is a foot out of reach of the arm they leave your trash. Phone personnel is unprofessional and rude. They don't offer any real options where I would which is the only way they are able to keep customers. They're in the right business because they are totally trash.
