We haven’t had our trash picked up in four weeks. I called their office three weeks ago and was told, “Just leave it at the road—we’ll get it when we have time.” Seriously? That kind of response is unacceptable, and nothing has improved since. It's been weeks of overflowing garbage, no communication, and zero accountability. If you're considering Republic Services, think twice.

My bill for trash pick up is $235 every three months and we are in our 70”s on ss trash service is more than taxes

The worst service I have ever received. 4 out of the current 8 weeks I have had service I did not get a pickup and had to call. I was told that someone would call me from management after I had to call the third time but never heard anything. Just cancelled my service due to these issues and was told I would have to pay $40+ to have it picked up or I could drop it off for free but the closest place to drop it off 40 miles away. I have lived here one year and the cost has increased $60. My neighbors 2 houses down pay less then I am. When I called to inquire about pricing the answer I received was basically we charge what we want. Very unprofessional.

No communication, missed 4 out of 5 of the last pick ups. I had to call customer service Everytime to get a pick up. Then when I finally was fed up enough to cancel they said that I had 3 different accounts and start and stop dates were all over the place. Such a jumbled mess.
