They are a nice company to have but you need to watch your bill closely. my residental service cost increased with every bill until i got fed up and canceled. there solution was to price match.if they are price matching then why is my bill increasing every quarter. Also business service (under contract) the bill increased until questioned and then i ended up with free trash for almost a year b/c of contract.
