Started service last year with Republic. They were 50% more than the local companies but they would actually come pick up trash as contracted. HOWEVER, over 8 months the bill increased 60%. When I called to state that I was switching to a local service, they offered to match the price. I told them if they were interested in keeping my business they shouldn't have raised my rates month over month. I began the 60 day termination requirement. Didn't pick up trash for a week. Called to find out why and lady on the phone said they pick up on a different day than they have for last 9 years. She was rude and argumentative.On website it says pickup is different than past decade. The kicker is, they didn't pick up on that day either.
