I was able to call and get answers in timely and professional fashion. Dominica was awesome and was able to handle any question I had with charisma! She also didn't mind my daughter being fussy in the background. Even though I do wish the price was cheaper, for only paying every 3 months that can be overlooked! Thanks republic services!

I paid almost $300 to set up my service, they didn't pick up for over a month then my 2nd charge was for $155. I've paid these crooks close to $500 for 1 pick up and 42 minutes on hold with customer service. How is a local branch that busy endlessly to not pick up a phone?

I don't even know where to start with this review. So many inconsistencies in what I was told by representatives. I was given conflicting information MULTIPLE times. Now they are attempting to hold me responsible for a bill in ANOTHER PERSON'S NAME. I never signed nor saw that contract. I was told if I opened an account in my name I could receive the services I requested. I agreed to the NEW terms, the NEW amount & paid almost $800 (30 yard dumpster).
