Love paying for a service and still two days and two phone calls after our garbage was supposed to be picked up it’s still sitting here after 7pm on Friday evening. There’s no snow, weather or any other reason why it should be delayed.

I'm 64 years old, from the time of 4 TV channels counting PBS, 7 digit phone numbers, I bought my first Apple computer in 1985, and I'm here to say that Republic Services is the poorest managed company I have ever dealt with. From running your debit card twice at a time, to trying to explain the differences in trying to navigate Montana logistics and weather. You won't get a phone number for Billings so don't ask and Boise will transfer you to Dallas for a 10 minute hold, you'll eventually hang up. The trash business racket ... read more

Can never get ahold of anyone in billings, always outa state. My trash hasn't been picked up since end of December, they refuse to cancel and pick up the can. Republic is a joke of a company.

Outrageously high prices combined with abysmal customer service. Actually, they disdain their customers. They do provide amusing recorded messages of weekly excuses for why they couldn't pick up your rubbish. OMG! It snowed in Red Lodge! How could we have planned for THAT?? OMG! We had to go to North Dakota to find drivers! If you have ANY alternative to Republic for trash collection, USE IT!!!!
