Threw trash and cardboard into my yard from the can then dump the can in the truck then proceed to toss my can into the road sideways then proceeds to flip off my house as he drives away all caught on my ring camera been on hold for over 45 mins still haven’t talked to anyone “thank you for holding are next available will be with u shortly” is getting old I believe this company is now a joke and I’m gonna have to drive there to get awnser or am I gonna have to make a police report for vandalism idk
Customer service is great, however, I switched services due to the cost.
Trying to even pay my bill is extremely difficult. When you pay online it takes days to come out and you get no confirmation, so you aren’t even sure if it’s paid. If you try paying online, it takes 30 minutes or more just to get on the phone with someone. That’s absurd. It shouldn’t be this hard to work with a trash company. I can see why it has so many other bad reviews. Being the only option in the area isn’t an excuse to be a poorly ran business or to throw customer service out the window. Way over priced, I love to recycle but can’t even afford to with their prices. Customer service is garbage, they take forever to take your call and you have to be on hold for a minimum of ~10 minutes before they even give you the option of getting a call back. They charge extortionate prices but apparently can’t afford to hire customer service representatives. If you have the option to pick a different service then do so because this company isn’t worth your time, especially since they don’t respect yours.
