No wonder this company has only a 1 or 2 star review across the entire state of MI! They certainly need to do better. We just moved and during one of the last days of our move, the employee literally took a ton of our belongings that were getting ready to be loaded into the moving truck as well as some getting ready to be picked up by those in the community that needed it. Business account. Trying to change my service been calling for 3 days and no answer. Left number for call back yesterday and no call back.
I would give no stars if I could, absolutely the most horrible service. I've been dealing with issues every year since they bought RMS. All the employees must go to liar school, they all lie! Paid for yard waste for the season, was supposed to be picked up last week Friday, called to confirm, they confirmed...never picked up, called every day this week, each day they promised to pick up and did not. They’re terrible! They ripped the power lines off my house along with the power mast. Didn’t even leave a note, so I had no idea what happened when I came home. Their workers are lazy or not held accountable! They refuse to pick up the leaf bags as well, making any BS excuse they can so they don’t have to pick it up. They do leave a note when they want to be lazy and not do their job though!
Garbage guy called my old man an asshole because he had to get out of his truck to open the lip on our second garbage can. Very disrespectful and absolutely don't recommend.
