My wife went into labor and we missed being able to set our trash out for normal pickup. I tried calling to schedule a different day just this one time due to my families situation and having a full trash. Zero help from Republic. Even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to schedule a paid pickup. Literally the worst customer service I’ve experienced from a company.
Will never use this company ever again. I started out paying $120 and by the end of my first year was up to $150 for trash and recycling every 3 months. I started shopping around and found another company for a fraction of the price. When I called to cancel my service I was told I had to pay a fee of $100 and gladly paid it while on the phone, as most companies charge for bin pickup. Trash guy knocked my trash over in never came back and picked it up the worst company ever I would give them -5 stars
Woke up to find my can missing from the end of my driveway. And to Simply resolve this little issue takes the rest of your life. This company does not value your time just trying to get ahold of somebody to resolve this is next to Impossible. The worst and slowest customer service I have ever experienced. I'm sure they'll work just fine for you until you have an issue.
