Republic Services on Flint Hill Road has become a major safety hazard for our community. They keep filling their damaged driveway with large gravel that ends up all over the road. A rock was kicked up by a passing vehicle and cracked my windshield — which is something that never should have happened. I have been a long-term commercial customer, and unfortunately my experience with Republic Services has been extremely disappointing. Over the years, pricing has never remained consistent for more than a few months, despite having what was represented as a fixed contract. Rate increases were frequent, unexplained, and unpredictable. The final straw was a recent invoice where additional charges and penalties exceeded my normal monthly bill. The trucks coming and going from this facility leave trash all over the surrounding streets. They should be fined for their constant littering.
Our condominium complex was in a pinch because of some Labor Day dumping and Shannon was able to work her magic and get us a 30-yard container the same day! Greats service!
