Absolutely horrible service i just move to area i set up trash service i have two garbage cans, one personal one from previous owner. As well as a recycling from previous owner. They set up pick up of one garbage can one recycling. Tell me why the driver grabs the two trash cans instead . Then only brings one back . So I had three and they leave me with two and now saying they can't bring my can that they took back . That's literally theft . Somebody needs to explain to me why they can pick up my neighbors garbage and drive right on by mine. I am paid out 2 yrs. in advance. I put it out Sunday night...they pick up Monday. I live in the country and no one parks in front of it or blocks it. In the last 6 weeks...1 pickup...period. Absolutely terrible service. Called Peoria office 5 or 6 times...they are nice enough, but obviously the communication is lacking to Pontiac, or they just can't figure it out.

I called in yesterday with a concern on how my trash bins are thrown after the garbage is emptied. Because of this it resulted in it being left close to the road and a lady hitting our trash bin, damaging her car and the bin. I was told I would get a call back to discuss this in 24 hours, that was Thursday about noon. It’s now Friday evening and no callback.
