They keep NOT picking up my recycling. Then they did a trip- picked it up and left me a Yard debris can. I asked them to bring my a new Recycling, can and I was told I had to wait another one week for it. I am a little annoyed to say the least.
I tried to rent a dumpster. The website says different sizes are available, but when I called, they asked what I wanted it for. We're cleaning out the garage, and they said, "For trash, the smallest is the 30-yard." That's huge! I just need the 10-yard, but they said no, they'll only bring it out to my neck of the woods for concrete, dirt, etc., but not house clean-up projects. To be clear, the website even lists clean-up and other indoor AND outdoor projects for the smaller sizes, so this is obviously arbitrary nonsense. Ri... read more
Multiple missed pick ups, took my cans for no reason as account is on autopay and current. I emailed multiple times with no reply. Customer service to get my garbage cans back is a joke. Then I was told they want to charge me $25 to bring them back for their mistake....
Constant problems with this company. Obviously they have a monopoly in their approved zone so you have no other option. I attempted to make a complaint with them directly but they have no email available and I gave up waiting on hold to get a representative. I guess I have to complain to the DEQ, EQC and the State of Oregon government instead.
Bulk pickup is great! Just had to call the customer service line a schedule it. Came in the day we scheduled. Trash is gone yay!
