Always skip pickups probably because my apartment has 5 bins they just don’t want to deal with. I’ve seen them drive right by and ignore us. They also pickup trash at 5:20 in the morning!!!
Quoted $100.09 for a small dumpster. Open invoice and see balance of $122.54. Oh guess they forgot to tell me actual cost. Delivery fee of $40 as well. There are always hidden costs with this company
Miserable to deal with. No respect for your time from residential to commercial this is the single worst trash company.... Any of the others are easy to work with in Salem. Antagonist processes, slow hold times, no direct management telephone number available...rude operators unnecessarily processes....general nightmare to deal with.
They keep charging me even though I have stopped my service, and there is no way to email or create a support ticket through the website—only to call them on the phone, which they never answer. They are scammers.
They keep NOT picking up my recycling. Then they did a trip- picked it up and left me a Yard debris can. I asked them to bring my a new Recycling, can and I was told I had to wait another one week for it. I am a little annoyed to say the least.
