Republic Services refused to pick up my recycling due to the lid not being closed and the can is filled with cardboard boxes. Asked if they had an option to pay extra for bulk pick-up on cardboard boxes and they said no. Receptionist suggested that I take it to the dump myself. If that was an option for me, I would have already done it.
You guys messed up and took my carts. I had not changed services. You made the mistake and despite 3 calls have NOT brought my carts as of today. Apparently some one does not know how to do their job. Despite customer service people being very nice, the company is very lacking.
Worst company ever! Customer service absolutely sucks as they don’t communicate between each other. What they tell you over the phone doesn’t actually happen. Drivers never pick up bins when they say they will. If there was an option to choose another company we would but unfortunately there is a monopoly in the city of Salem. Would give zero stars if we could.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Repeated missed pickups. When you call (20-30 minute hold time) to report them they are only concerned with arguing about where the dumpster was. It is always in the same place, not hard to miss.
