So many rules and requirements! I tried to drop a carload of recyclables off at the Ridder location. There was a detour sjgn and I drove a huge loop around to circumvent the street repair work to find that the facility was closed due to street repair, even though I could get in and access the bins. No notice on Google that they would be temporarily closed and no sign near the detour sign indicating they would be closed. I had to completely unload my car again and wasted a bunch of time and effort.

Horrible customer service. I spoke to a guy while trying to set up my account and he was incredibly rude and sounded like he hates his job. He was short and combative. Carolina made the experience better as she was kind, but knowing I’ll have to talk to that dude again if I need to call back makes me want to cancel my service.

I am so frustrated, I spoke to someone yesterday about a missed pickup and I asked what the reason was and they said “They must have just forgotten it. But they will be back tomorrow to pick it up.” I waited until 3 to call again and I spoke to a different person about why it wasn’t picked up and apparently it’s because it was too full, which is fine but now I have to wait until Tuesday for all my trash to be picked up. They are 50% more expensive for identical services by a different company in the neighboring city. Their website is difficult to navigate and I cannot get answers to simple questions (I have an MS/Computer Science). In fact, the website has errors.
