Missed yardwaste pickup last week on Thurs - Contacted them - said they would be out Friday - Nope - Called Friday said it would be picked up on Monday - still no pickup - called again and now they are saying Tuesday - Bad service lately from them. Not a happy customer..

Not the worst drivers, but the worst corporate administration. My rates for small trash bins jumped from $53 to $73 in just two years, (a $15.96 increase from 2024 to current). They also have their hidden fees never disclosed to you when on the phone and supposedly paying your account in full, so that three months later you recognize a fee that’s conveniently (for them) accruing penalties. I regret the day I signed up for trash service!! I had the bins in my garage after moving in so I thought it would be easiest to just call and set up trash with republic since I already had the bins. Turns out they don’t service the size of bin that I had but failed to mention that when I was trying to set up service. After calling with questions a few times, my estimated bill changed each time I called and I told them during every phone call that I did not want them to drop off bins as I already had their bins in my garage.... read more
