If it was possible to give 0 stars for this company I would! I've only been with them 6 months and they missed picking up my trash multiple times, I called to ask what they were going to do about it and a basically let me know that I didn't have a choice so they weren't going to do anything. They made me set with 2 weeks worth of trash way more times than it's worth so I cancel them. Expensive, fuel recovery fees applied during the height of the 2008 depression/recession.$30.00 fee to come get their can. I asked them what I owed to close the account was told $12.00,sent a check it cleared my acct 4 days later 4 1/2 months later I get a collection letter from a lawyer for $18.21. when contacted they claim a final invoice was sent. I started service Oct 1 to Jan 1 using there bags service. They rolled over there service for another 3 months with out invoice me. Charged me for a late fee when i didn't even renew there services. Miss 2 of 7 pick ups and stated they were sorry and would be back to get it but never came back. Also I received a collection calls when I did not even get invoiced. For months on end our dumpsters were not serviced UNTIL we called 1-5 times EVEN after they said they would pickup. Also, one time they stopped service because our check was lost in the mail even though we are always on time otherwise. Exhausting!!

We’ve had this trash service for 3 years and never had a problem with the late pick ups, until they raised our monthly fees by $30. We decided that for a third of the cost, it would be best for us to switch trash services. We called in August, and we were told our contract ends in November. Please look elsewhere for your trash service. Republic Services is dishonest and their customer service is horrible. We were loyal customers for nearly two decades and recently switched to Veteran Disposal (they've been awesome). We were considering switching over to Veteran because Republic adds so many bogus fees to each bill. When Republic ripped the lid off our container after a pick up and didn't do anything about it we decided to make the switch. Billing services are horrible. I was charged $212.88 for service from July 17, 2018 to Oct. 16, 2018.........3 months of once a week trash pickup. That's $70 per month!!! Outrageous!! I was told by a Customer Service Rep. that they charge about $40 per month, but he couldn't and wouldn't see that I was charged almost double for that period. Looking for another service next season!

Not even a customer! Damage to yard while turning large truck around in my drive. You can call and leave messages but nothing is done. I went to the office and nicely explained the damages (deep wheel ruts as driver repeatedly backed and drove forward). Told them I wanted the ruts filled in; wouldn't take much. Supervisor promised to visit my address; no show or contact made! Nothing has been done. I would love to give a negative rating. Damages NOT MY FAULT !!!!!
