The worst I paid my three month starting bill on Wednesday and service was supposed to start the following Monday.well its 5 pm and no pick up. I have called four times. O sorry we can't contact the driver she says. I saw him drive by earlier and he looked right at the garbage and kept going. The supervisor was supposably contacted twice with no prevail .I feel ripped off with a pile of garbage still out front .thanks. I'll be calling JD parker.

I have had service with them since September 2019 and have had numerous missed pick ups. This week I had to call in yet another, and asked the rep how many times the notes stated I had called in regarding being missed - it was 9. And that's only reflective of the times I called in. There were also times I didn't get around to calling before the next pick up day since they pick up twice a week. The worst company I've ever dealt with since 1976 I would not take their service if it was free in my neighborhood were down to 10 customers that have them twice a month there truck breaks down when they do show up it's before 4 a.m. And they fight out in the road for 10 to 15 minutes in Spanish or Puerto Rican whatever it is my neighbor is 85 years old and has to call them twice a week to pick up his trash sometimes they don't show up for 2 weeks

I have never had a problem with them. They are great, friendly and a great deal for the money. I see a lot of bad reviews but I live in 34606 and have had nothing but a great experience.

It has been two weeks since my garbage has been picked up!! I have talked to three supervisors and all thee of them have told me " yes ma'am we will have someone out there today or tomorrow." so this has happened over the past six days. STILL NO TRASH PICKED UP! Now I have four extra bags of trash that I have to keep indoors because the racoons will have it all over road if I put it out! If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst trash company I have ever seen. Neighbors warned me about the service and now I see why. Constant missed pick ups and when you call you deal with rude people who hang up on you. Asking to speak to a supervisor does no good either. The constantly come up with excuses for the drivers as to why they didn't pick up. The drivers are VERY lazy and refuse to get out of the truck when it's raining even the slightest bit to pick it up the trash and when they do they throw your trash... read more

THEY NEED TO SLOW DOWN IN OUR NEIGHBORHHOOD! THERE ARE LOTS OF CHILDREN AND THE DRIVERS HAVE TOTAL DISREGARD! I HAVE BEEN VIDEOTAPING THEM AND WILL TAKE IT TO THE SHERIFF! IDIOTS! THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD...AND THE PLAYGROUND IS WHERE THEY TURN AROUND! A LITTLE COMMON SENSE SEASIDE! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY HAVE TO BE TOLD THIS!

Worst company ever, rude call center people who dont help, rude trash workers that constantly miss pickups and tore my trash apart, accusing me of not having kids and no diapers would be taken from my house. They are crazy! Terrible, wish I could give negative stars
