Trash for the entire neighborhood at the black mountain area was never picked up from last Friday's scheduled pickup, my wife called and was supposed to get a call back, but never happened. In the meantime the entire neighborhoods Trash cans are still out on the street waiting to be picked up.
It’s been 7 days / the truck as drove past my house multiple times and they still refuse to do their job.. calling corporate Monday. It’s been 5 days with a missed bulk pick up, everyday they tell me tomorrow. I live in HOA so this is ranking up fees. I’m entirely disappointed.
Great service from the staff, just make sure you don't go too early or too late or you will be waiting in line a while. Also ID is required and if your residential bill is current you can dump items for free. Self serve dumping just be careful not to step on some debris as it can have screws and nails attached to them.
Sounds silly but my first time at a landfill and I was excited to dispose of my trash. I went on a Sunday and arrived at 630am as they open at 7am. I heard the cars line up pretty quickly and the line gets pretty long. I was the 3rd truck in line that day, yay me! The staff was super friendly and super helpful because I had no idea what I was doing or where to go. I was in and out in less than 30 min. It was a successful first time experience.
