Their online payment system does not work if you try to pay from a location outside your service area. That makes ZERO sense., especially regarding customers who travel frequently
Moved into my new home almost 2 1/2weeks now and requested trash cans. Still no cans and I have all my trash in my garage. Everything i call they say they will schedule a same day. Nothing!! The trash delivery guy literally looked at me with trash in front waiting for pickup and left. I still have trash in my new home garage and unfortunately I'm the new neighbor and only neighbor trash has not been picked up in 2 weeks. Still waiting!!!
Friendly and polite staff. Easy peasy get in, dump your refuse and get out.
