Worst trash service I've ever had the misfortune of using. It's been 3 weeks since my initial set up and I still don't havey trashcans and they never picked up my bulk trash in 3 weeks. I've had to wait on hold for an hour twice just for them to keep saying tomorrow. Now they are charging me for a service I don't even have.
Simple process. Bring your quarterly bill and your driver's license and dump all the bulk trash you have. One small detractor is that the doo doo smell stays in your nose for a minute.
Your bulk pick up people are purposely skipping addresses on the eastside area because I'm watching them as they pass buy.
