We have had good service for the past three years, until this past Monday 3/16/26. They missed our waste pick up. They took the recycle bin but missed taking our trash bin pick up. Odd. And my husband even tried to catch their attention they just ignored him and drove off. I bet they thought we just put our trash bin out a few seconds ago and didn't want to pick it up. But we had both bins outside since Sunday night Very disappointed and also we cannot keep our trash bins outside for more than 24 hrs according to our HOA. So... read more
Getting better all the time,,
2nd time in 6 Mos. Did not pick up the entire alley for 2 blocks off n. Water st. They seem to be Overstreet he'd with new houses. Last time was whole week they missed and not pick up til next pickup day even though they told us for 4 days will be picked up. Horrible management of services. But they not refund 25% on bill
My bulk pickup guys are the best. They are hard workers and I so appreciate the dirty hard work that they do.
