Called twice, was supposed to get a call back from management and 36 hours later nothing yet. Driver decided to stack boxes, that I PURPOSEFULLY set to the side, ON TOP of our trash bin. Then claimed over fill so now it’s $100+ our normal bill. “Our drivers don’t get out” they do actually, and have multiple times. If the boxes were to have fallen when machine picks them up would they leave them? Overage fees are ridiculous and I’m highly aware of them so why would I do that to myself?

Buena experiencia, 1 hora para cargar, espacio suficiente para estacionar, se necesita chaleco, pantalón y tenis/zapato para cargar. Entrar a la pesa, pasar pick up, cargar, y subirse a la segunda pesa (sin caseta), pasar por papeles a caseta Lo único malo, son los baños, no estan en buenas condiciones, solo son funcionales
