Joi was very helpful and was very informative on the issue I called about. She gave a great solution after hearing the problem and has helped set up my business to be at the right pick up schedule for the best optimized schedule and price.
My husband has been trying to cancel this service for over a month. Every time he calls he is put on hold for long periods of time, transferred multiple times, and told someone will call him back. No one has ever called him to take care of this cancellation for OVER A MONTH! Then a few days ago they charge our card when this was supposed to be cancelled weeks ago. What a scam
Absolute freaking joke. You can’t even call a location without getting sent to a call center whom not everybody seems to understand English very well and tends to hang up on you. Kind of unbelievable how companies don’t give a crap about their own customers to provide such poor and disrespectful service.
I have an amazing representative who is much better than the previous one. The previous one charged me for three pickups for my business and they only came to my business twice a week if that. It would over fill and they’d charge me for it being over filled even though they don’t come the times they should. Joi Richardson is amazing and made up for such a bad mistake.
