The absolute worst, 0 stars if I could
I understand the need to have safety lights, but having them active on Main roads blinding the driver behind is stupid, truck 1290.
I reached out in need of a dumpster rental. I got a call back within an hour looking for more details and again 30 minutes later saying my quote would be to me momentarily. From that point on working with Jim Axelson was Top Notch. Super responsive, ability to accommodate my last minute need, any questions I had and additional services offered. Cant thank him enough for his excellent service!
Our initial experiences in trying to get additional service resulted in lots of conflicting information, frustrating run around and NO action. We were finally connected with Matt Johnson, Account Executive. After over 2 weeks of ineffective "customer service", Matt turned it all around. He provided prompt, effective, polite and real customer service and best of all Matt got results! I don't know how he accomplished so much when so many couldn't, but we are very appreciative. Admittedly I had to go through a few branches of Republic Services to get to this location but once my local recycle rep, Matt Johnson, got in contact with me everything went very smooth. I own a small electrical company and needed a dumpster at my property to handle the increased trash I brought off job sites. I got bounced around for a few days and finally got a dumpster delivered.
