Ordered service through the app for a trash can. Went out of town for work and the can was never picked up. After three weeks I called and was treated like it was my problem the trash wasn't picked up because I didn't call in. No apology, no validation, just, "well it wasn't picked up and you didn't call us." So I got a "emergency pickup" of trash once. Then they missed for 2 more weeks. Excellent customer service. I had trash cans that were damaged from the hurricane and they came out and replaced them free of charge.
Unfortunately, cannot give this staff and its manager its well deserved rating of zero!!! 2 holidays and 2 complete routes missed…. oh, I should call them, well nobody answers!! What they need to occur is a business bureau complaint and then increase the level of civil liability from there. They will charge you right on time, but if it’s time to collect all residents trash… it just gets delayed with zero solutions.
The totally just cut my service off no explanation or anything.Yet I was never able to see the schedule are get the updates on changed pick ups so when I made a complaint they stopped my service. But yet still received a bill but had no trash can at all Very unprofessional and bad communication on there part because all I was tryna do was get some understanding on why the web page was not working.
