Ordered service through the app for a trash can. Went out of town for work and the can was never picked up. After three weeks I called and was treated like it was my problem the trash wasn't picked up because I didn't call in. No apology, no validation, just, "well it wasn't picked up and you didn't call us." So I got a "emergency pickup" of trash once. Then they missed for 2 more weeks.
