Excellent customer service. I had trash cans that were damaged from the hurricane and they came out and replaced them free of charge.
Unfortunately, cannot give this staff and its manager its well deserved rating of zero!!! 2 holidays and 2 complete routes missed…. oh, I should call them, well nobody answers!! What they need to occur is a business bureau complaint and then increase the level of civil liability from there. They will charge you right on time, but if it’s time to collect all residents trash… it just gets delayed with zero solutions.
The totally just cut my service off no explanation or anything.Yet I was never able to see the schedule are get the updates on changed pick ups so when I made a complaint they stopped my service. But yet still received a bill but had no trash can at all Very unprofessional and bad communication on there part because all I was tryna do was get some understanding on why the web page was not working. Terrible service/customer service...I've been trying to get my issue resolved for a minute now ....'HOW DO YOU LOOSE A 2OFT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT'.....and still not a good resolution...btw...the rep Theresa is so rude...I will never recommend beware...there are other companies go there
I wouldn’t recommend this trash company to anyone. I’ll also continue to write bad reviews on this company until this issue gets fixed. Yesterday our cans were taken off our property. Our account was closed with this company with ZERO explanation other than “closed per management”. I find this odd considering last week I wrote a not so great review about the service we kept receiving from this company. Is this how your company handles bad customer reviews?
