So last week they accidentally took our can,and that happens. But, we called and they said they wouldn't bring us a new one until next pick up. When asked What to do with our garbage, they had no answer. Customer service sucks! If you have other choices do so.
NOT reliable! if they change your schedule expect a 3 week delay in garbage pick up until they straighten it out. They will not reimburse you for the missed pick up. But you can bet your bottom dollar they’ll charge you for an interruption in service. But for $185.25 for three months i’m better off burning and or burying my garbage!
If they don’t pick up your trash on the day scheduled for what ever reason they won’t come back for it. They refuse to come back till the following week. Don’t ask for a credit either because they refused and make you pay for not picking it up.
Called to get a trash can for my house talked to someone for 2 minutes and she transferred and I have been on hold for over a hour
