Worst!!!! Order service almost 3 weeks ago . Paid for 3 months I never received a can. Called three different times every time I called I got a different story (lie) so decided to cancel. What’s point in paying if can’t even get a can delivered. And then come to find out the only one that is allowed to pick up in my area until June of 2027. So I’m sure they gonna be loosing a lot of customers. It honestly deserves no stars.
Absolute joke of a company. They will rob your money and laugh about it on the phone. We paid them $150 yesterday and still didn't get on the "schedule". Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Probably because they have a contract with Cleveland county that keeps legitimate services from servicing the area.
Service is trash (lol). Miss pickups constantly. The biggest most egregious issue is billing though. My bill has starting hitting 2-3 times what I was quoted only a year ago. I cancelled service today. Don’t trust these folks.
They use to be great with customers service in the past within the last 6 months no great services on anything customers pay for service and you talk talk to em im have been told lies and different responses in the calls im have asked about they have really went down hill fast
