Excellent service. Drivers on time consistently…. He does t leave my can in driveway but close where I put it out. Better than going to dump myself and wish they re started recycling Pick up. Good company and staff.
If you want SOME of your garbage picked up, while the other 80% of it is laying in your driveway & in the middle of the main road, then these are the guys for you! I live in Cleveland, NC and my service was recently switched from BSS to Republic and they couldn't even get their very first simple pickup here clean and correct?! Not to mention, they left my garbage can in the middle of my driveway as well. BOTH of my neighbors' were completely turned over IN the main road along with two bags of trash. Well the reviews are on point. Customer service is horrible the website is inaccurate and your options are literally take your trash to the dump or be held hostage by the garbage collector. I have 2 trash cans... tell me why one was emptied and the other was not on this week's delivery. I pay my bill and get sub-par service. I don't complain about paying for the service....but it has reached a fever pitch. How hard is it to pick up trash.
They service my home. Always on time and do a great job! Outstanding customer service.
