Service is trash (lol). Miss pickups constantly. The biggest most egregious issue is billing though. My bill has starting hitting 2-3 times what I was quoted only a year ago. I cancelled service today. Don’t trust these folks.
They use to be great with customers service in the past within the last 6 months no great services on anything customers pay for service and you talk talk to em im have been told lies and different responses in the calls im have asked about they have really went down hill fast
They have missed my pickup for two months in a row. I have to call in weekly to get serviced. They have a monopoly on Cleveland county hopefully their breach of contract will allow more vendors to the area soon
Trash service didn’t come this morning, contacted republic about the concern. They told me it would be picked up today. They are now closed and never came.
Excellent service. Drivers on time consistently…. He does t leave my can in driveway but close where I put it out. Better than going to dump myself and wish they re started recycling Pick up. Good company and staff.
