I am extremely dissapointed with Republic Services. The rates are higher than other services. I have had them over a year now and they are always rescheduling pickups and dropoffs, dropping my can in the driveway and won't answer the phone. I have called 3 days in a row, left a message for them to call me back and cannot find an email or contact to reach them to cancel my service... extremely unhappy with this unprofessional company.
They are violating so many codes ..Dumpsters enclosers in Apartment building my elderly mother lives in are completely covered in trash Walmart bags of human feces from homeless dumpster isn't completely in enclosure because of all the garbage on the ground the driver drops because the dumpster has no lids or sliding door on the side of it....there is no excuse...Lawsuit incoming!!
Arrives at any and all hours of pick up day. When we called in the lady answering was rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend getting this company at all for anyone. Lack of customer appreciation, poor communication, all out rude when you call in over an issue.
i had Scotts 2 weeks ago, and i thought they were bad. i ordered services here a week ago to be picked up today and have a can delivered. each person that i talked to said something completely different, and said that my trash would be picked up today. the very 1st pickup, and they can't get it right. terrible, terrible, and a complete waste of time. i can not believe how people in this area get any service. all of the companies have horrible reviews. i am calling back tomorrow and canceling this bs. Id rather burn my garbage or let it pile up . Over priced and horrible service, hidden fees , beware bad bad bad . Also they will charge your account do not give credit card or bank information. Caution again bad bad bad
