when you have to call them at least once a month to tell them to pick up your green can that we have paid to be picked up I can not recommend them
Dont recommend them at all, it's a hassle when things don't get done or if things are done incorrectly, the worst!
I have a complaint regarding Republic Services and their subpar service delivery. I moved to Delaware the end of May and contacted Republic Services in July for trash/recycling services. Trash containers were scheduled to be delivered in two weeks. I never received the trash containers. I left a voicemail with the agent I had been working with to inform him the containers had never been delivered and not to bother dropping them off because I was going with another company.
