I have been with republic for over 20 years, and Deonica Mays has been the best customer service rep I have ever had she follows up with the concerns that I have had, and I truly appreciate that.
I use Republic Services for my weekly trash and recycling service at my two 12-unit apartment buildings in La Grange Park. Pamela Vazquez was recently assigned to be my account manager. Village of Addison uses Republic to collect our trash. It is Jan 2026 and it is cold out. Today was trash day and I was warming up my car and noticed the truck at my neighbors house, I said crap! I forgot to put the trash out. I see the truck drive past my house, stop, put the truck in reverse and the wonderful trash collector ran up my driveway grabbed my can and took it down to his truck and brought it back and put it next to house.
