Village of Addison uses Republic to collect our trash. It is Jan 2026 and it is cold out. Today was trash day and I was warming up my car and noticed the truck at my neighbors house, I said crap! I forgot to put the trash out. I see the truck drive past my house, stop, put the truck in reverse and the wonderful trash collector ran up my driveway grabbed my can and took it down to his truck and brought it back and put it next to house. We've been calling for a week now no one is picking up we're put on hold for more than 40 minutes with no one calling us back neither we're able to make an online account as some glitch is coming up and sign up is impossible
