Have missed my trash collection twice in the last three weeks. Called to report a missed pick up multiple times, was assured someone would be there to collect and no one shows up. Why should I pay if you don't do the one thing I'm paying you for
I’m not sure what’s going on with the Willoughby service lately, but my garbage is either being missed entirely or only partially emptied—this has happened multiple times. I’ve called several times to report it, and each time I’m told, “We’ll be there the next business day.” That was five days ago, and still nothing. At this point, I’m left wondering what exactly I’m paying for. This is extremely poor service and reflects a serious lack of accountability.
Worst trash service I have ever dealt with. We recently moved to Willoughby and can’t get anyone on the phone. They have skipped our trash pickup for two weeks now. The first week they took a portion of our trash and the second week they didn’t take anything. When I finally did get in contact with someone, they pulled up our account, apologized and assured me someone would be out before 6pm or the following day. This was two days ago.
