Our Apartment Community has been with Republic Waste for 25 years... I will say they are the consummate professionals. In my 41 years in property management it is easy to be sold on products but who maintains the product, and who can you call when you need attention.... well My account manager is Doug Roebuck, he is the greatest, very professional very calm even when I am not, and he addresses everything in real time....anybody can pick up your waste but not everyone has a Doug !! An excellent hire. !
I have to edit my review of Republic! Once this review (original below) was read by Republic, they asked me to email them. A few days later, I received a CALL from Lisa with Republic! Talk about being surprised! I spoke with Lisa, and I apologize I do not know her title, but not only did she listen to me, but she helped me out & my issue with their recyclable trash container has been resolved! I cannot say enough about Republic. They take care of all of my waste and recycling needs. From wood to lightbulbs and even batteries. The account reps are amazing and very attentive to our needs, even when you need a switch out or a recycling product and call at a moments notice they are on top of it. Especially Marina, and Silvia. Without them my days would be much more difficult. The drivers are fantastic and very friendly and are very conscientious to the property and leave things neat and orderly.
Spoke with Tenisha and she was very helpful and pleasant with explaining everything for our multiple accounts (trash and recycling) at work. We had gotten disconnected a few times (my fault due to reception at work) and she tried multiple times to reach back out to me. We finally got a signal that worked and she took the time to sort through everything. Again, very professional and pleasant to work with.
Several days late in picking up recyclables , and counting, for the entire neighborhood and notwithstanding multiple calls to customer service and promises to rectify the situation, they did not. Atrocious customer service. A disservice to the community.
