1 hour waiting to speak with a customer representative!!! Unbelievable worst customer service I ever experienced, and they said they will call you back and they never do,
The worst in the buisness. Avoid bulk items for weeks at a time they’re contracted to take until you complain. Leave a mess everywhere when they dump the container. The difference is night and day when we switched providers. They’re the cheapest for a reason.
Have missed my trash collection twice in the last three weeks. Called to report a missed pick up multiple times, was assured someone would be there to collect and no one shows up. Why should I pay if you don't do the one thing I'm paying you for
I’m not sure what’s going on with the Willoughby service lately, but my garbage is either being missed entirely or only partially emptied—this has happened multiple times. I’ve called several times to report it, and each time I’m told, “We’ll be there the next business day.” That was five days ago, and still nothing. At this point, I’m left wondering what exactly I’m paying for. This is extremely poor service and reflects a serious lack of accountability.
