Bad service all around. I have called several times to complain about being missed getting my recycle picked up. Every time I call they don't care and don't care about fixing the problem either. I pay on time. You would think you would appreciate your customers with so much competition out now. They lady I spoke with over the phone was more than pleased to help me cancel my service not asking me why or to fix the problem or anything.. A one is too high. Total incompetent can't bill correctly. Tried to add surcharge for road bans this year, When called out they said they would remove the $29 fee. Also added late fees and didn't not credit for recycling service not provided during road bans. They then cancel service and want another $35 to restore service. When you call they put you on hold for upwards of an hour. Total incompetence.
Potential customers beware. This company goes door to door, signs you up at a certain fee, then starts your service at a "higher" fee. When you dispute they don't help you and charge you a cancellation fee of over $250. might be useful to bring your lawyer prior to signing up with this company. I rate this company zero stars out of a possible 100 stars.
Great service, but I need some junk removed, when is bulk day.
I work for a company very close to their location and let me say that their service was horrible. Gave them many chances but they failed our scheduled pickup dates numerous times. Mgmt. was no help! Very Diappointed.
worst service should be their name. half of the time they do not pick up. they said we had to buy their can we did and still missed pick-up. my advice use another company.
Ever since I started service with you guys ,back in August, I've had nothing but problems!!!!!! You guys have very ,very poor service!!!! You never come on time, and sometimes you don't even show up or the truck comes,but doesn't unload the. Entire trash!!! This is very poor services on your behave!!!! I am sure that when its time to bill me,you are always on time,right????? Of course!!!!!
