I would give a zero review if I could. I've been trying for 3 days to get someone to speak to me on the phone but have been on waiting for hours for customer service that NEVER answers. Eventually at 4:54pm they hang up as it's now end of day. I don't know if anyone actually works there
Scheduled bulk pick up for Tuesday, and it was not picked up. Contacted customer service and was told it was actually scheduled for Thursday. It’s Thursday after 6pm. My bulk item is still junking up the curb in front of my house. ☹️Very disappointed.
WORST SERVICE EVER! THEY DON'T HAVE ANY INKLING OF THOUGHT TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU GET THE RUN AROUND BY TALKING TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT HAVE 5 DIFFERENT ANSWERS. STAY AWAY, AND USE ANOTHER MORE REPUTABLE SANITATION SERVICE.
