They're absolutely terrible. Go rumpke if you can. $100 cheaper and they don't charge you $95 to drop off and pick up your cans at the beginning and end of service. We were even charged our first week of service even though we didn't have cans and they never picked up our garbage. I literally have no idea why anybody would use their service
Purchased a property that had Republic setup through previous owner. Rental ONLY with city service price was 3x more than rental+service through republic. Only gave me 2 options. Felt like a hostage when tried cancelling due to their lack of transparency with pricing, services provided and contracts. I'll give 2 stars instead of 1 because I should have read the fine print. However, I would not seek their service unless it was my only option.
This is the worst garbage service I’ve ever used in my entire life. Constantly missing pick ups and when you try to get a hold of someone in customer service, good luck. Absolutely horrible
Date set for pickup, never showed, called 4 times and each person told me that they would send someone. Any extra trash accumulated during that time,that doesn't fit in the cans they won't pick up. A week of extra trash that has to fit in their cans or it's not collected.
Horrible customer service. I’ve been placed on hold multiple times. Adding up to hours in a day waiting for someone to answer and help me. Can’t get in contact with anyone at all.
