Worst service around. They constantly miss pickups. They don't answer their phones to report a miss so you can't get it picked up or get a refund. My work schedule doesn't allow a large window of opportunity to keep trying to get ahold of someone during their business hours. We tried to rent a dumpster and without any phone call, they just decided not to deliver it that day. We had a contractor scheduled to do some work and we needed that dumpster. Month and a half trying to get my container replaced. Promised every few days someone would come, it has been escalated. Very polite liars at best. First time, the driver was too lazy to get out of the truck to see the back side which is crushed and wheels held on by tape, but hey the front looks fine so CANCEL THE REPLACEMENT! Next time escalated to a supervisor who promised me she would call back to verify it was completed, but you did not, did you Heather? Absolutely appalling experience. The stress is not worth it, look elsewhere for service. I will never use Republic again, and if in the future I want to purchase a home but the only trash service available to the area is republic, I’ll be running so far away. We ordered a dumpster from them in February. Everything went fairly smoothly. We paid the bill on time on March 21. Worst and most unorganized trash service in the history of trash services. Pretty sure they get paid hourly, or they’re blind, because they’ll intentionally skip 3-4 of the cans. I live on bald knob and we line them up by the road beside each other, they’ll come by and skip 1, 2 and sometimes 4 cans then have to come right back the next day to get them. Smart if they’re being paid hourly. Laziest employees and worst management you’ll ever experience. Plan on filing with BBB as well.

They are an absolute rip off. After being a customer for 15 years at my business, my monthly bill is now $308 a month for one trash can pick up per week. When I started out with them it was about $50 per month for 2 trash cans per week. Do not ever sign up with them. They will keep raising your rate to the level of robbery.
