If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We have had republic for our trash for about 14 months. The service has been bad at best. It has been bad for the following reasons: 1) they increased rates 25% without notice to any of us. [$84 to $108 per quarter] 2) on multiple occasions they would not come pick up on pur trash for a week. On one occasion they didnt come for nearly a month. Unprofessional AND unreliable! I wish I could give this company zero stars, absolutely DO NOT use this trash service under any circumstance if you can help it. They are very unprofessional, they will not come on the schedule that they say, and they had left trash all across my driveway when they came to collect. It is impossible to get a hold of anybody on the phone, I was on hold for over 30 minutes and my problems are still not resolved. We have used them for weekly service the last yeAr .Awful customer service, employees do not communicate well, endless good times. Their local competitor Mackenzie Disposal has better prices and answers the phone when you call. Highly recommend them over Republic Services. Save yourself the headache and hours wasted on hold.
