Love them. We shared a hateful relationship with another waste company for years before we found out about Allied Waste. Allied has always been friendly, prompt, and spot on the ball with everything we need.
We waited for MONTHS for a dumpster to be provided after signing up., then it was delivered across the street....took two weeks for it to be moved. During this wait, we were billed full monthly charges......in spite of no service. We then had missed pick-ups and were charged for "extra" pickups when we complained. I cancelled service due to their breach.....to this day, they are still trying to collect.
Awful, awful service. Trash pick-up has been spotty at best and despite repeated calls and assurances that the waste would be picked up the next day it has been another week with no pick-up.
I haven't had any problems with them. I used to be with another co and they also kept raising their price thats why I switched to allied, so far so good.
I signed up for sevice for my home and never got a trash bin. I waited three weeks and called three times always getting the same response, that they were trying to get one out but they were really busy.I paid the deposit and first three months over the phone and they can't refund it with their system so I will get a refund mailed to me in up to 4 weeks.
I signed up for my business 3 years ago, in this charges doubled. Had trash pick-up missed few times. My last bill was $122/mo, received new bill today - $178. Calling to cancel service. Customer service don't care. Won't recommend anyone.
Three years ago when I took over my business, my trash service cost was around $89/month. Then it kept going up and up. Last month it was $146; this month it's $206. I'm cancelling my service today, 4 Aug 2008.
They did not come out to pick up trash twice we were still charged no credit's were made we also have been paying for mistakes that they have made. Poor customer service also. I would not recommend to any business owner.
