This is one of the worst companies in terms of abusive accounting practices. They overcharge, claim false pickups, and require hours on the phone to rectify their mistakes. Do not use this company.
They have been billing us $336/month for three standard cans for somewhere.. they claim we have an account rep who can explain this to us but we've been calling since the 27th of July and have never received a call back.. last time I had a staffer ask them to remove their cans for poor service in pickup, they told us we'd have to return the cans ourselves which turns out not to be true in my research w them.. they claim we have a three year contract so they can't release us, but they can simply reduce our rate, turns out we ... read more
