I have used Republic Services in both residential and commercial settings. I cancelled residential service because the drivers would constantly miss pick ups and getting it fixed on the phone was always a 45-minute ordeal. On the commercial side they use deceptive and unethical business practices to increase profits and trap customers. You may agree to a year contract for dumpster service for a certain price. THEY SUCK I CANT EVEN CALL THEM TO PAY MY BILL !!!!!
We never had issues with Gallegos. Now we have issues with Republic. Trash day changed but as at this moment, we are going on 4 days late with the trash outside at nearly 100 degree weather. It is not uncommon for our trash, which we pay plenty for the service, to not be picked up on our trash day. Cannot recommend this company.
The employee was very very rude, he would not get us a supervisor our trash was not picked up today, been a customer for 9 years they have always picked us up around 3-4 today it was 700 am no message, the employee wasn’t going to tell us that, he was fisrespectful I did not get his name, but you press 1 for home and to schedule a pick up and a container that guy that answered phone, very disrespectful very! Never got the supervisor I will cancel service very disappointed
Michael Thacker is a deeply disturbed nutjob. An addict for cheating lying and womanizing. Constantly looking for attention, validatiin and sexual pleasures from any woman who crosses his path.
Terrible service. No pick up at all last week . The 2 weeks before that they were a day late. Today, did not show up again. I'm tired of taking my trash out to the street only for you guys not showing up.

We have been very pleased with Republic Services. Regina Smallwood always services our containers on time and is very dedicated! She is the best of the best!
