They do nothing but rip off customers for their profit. They have no way to contact them to renew a parking pass and refuse to call people back then tell them they can’t add them back into the system after 30 days pass when they wouldn’t return calls our calls in that time. Myself and many other now pay over $3,000 a year just to park to go to work.
We receive rude treatment from an employee who was unkind,unreasonable, and unprofessional. The whole system was designed to trap and cause people to pay unnecessary parking fees. We parked in an area less then 5 minutes honestly it was probably less than 3 minutes and we came out and had a boot on our vehicle. We tried to explain why we were there and even offered to provide business for the parking lot but this employee refused to reason. Instead we had to pay a 75$ fee for a 3 minute park.
Also where you can take non-curbside recycling, like plastic bags.
