Worst moving company ever!!! Took them 3 days to pack and move a three bedroom apartment. The movers were rude and not perfessional. One guy was constantly on his phone and telling us he was the best in the business, was talking crap on the other moving company that was moving someone else on the street but the other moving company packed and moved in one day. Scheduled a virtual consultation for a quote. After waiting for 20 minutes for them to call me for the consultation I called them. They apologized and said they forgot to put it in their calendar. They offered to reschedule me in an hour. I declined and decided to go with a different moving company who wouldn't forget to put me in their calendar.

I booked a move with this company three months in advance. They guaranteed me my move date was on the calendar, we signed contracts and they took my deposit. They then called me the day before the move to reschedule it to the following week. I checked in with them multiple times leading up to the move date. I was always reassured the dates were firm and I had nothing to worry about. However, this was not true! I can not say enough how completely unacceptable my experience with this company was.
