My Father and I purchased a home in Spring Hill in 2025. In my opinion Republic Land and Title is the worst of any I have dealt with for all my homes and rental properties purchased. They even sent they insurance payment to the wrong agency despite not having a bill or binder from them!! When I asked them to fix it I got excuses and no action. Absolutely the worst title company I have ever been involved with.
I had the worst experience with this title company. Hope was the escrow officer/ closer. The seller backed out of the sale 18 hours prior to closing which left me and my kids displaced. While this was not their fault at all the blatant lack of compassion, empathy and pure unprofessionalism I experienced by Hope was beyond disturbing. Just run away!
This was the absolute worst closing we have ever had. Someone dropped the ball and missed matching numbers. Although they worked tirelessly for the buyer after hours who now have the keys to my beach house, and yet I have zero funds to show for it because the wire couldn’t go through after 5pm. My bank is in TX so it was still open. I can go to Walmart and get a wire but somehow I’m without any money for the weekend but had to give up the keys. If I could revoke paying them I really would. Do not recommend.
