This company failed to provide a pamphlet upon coming to give an estimate of the windows/products they offer. When the windows were ready to be installed, my mom expressed her dissatisfaction with one of her windows as it was a store front not a picture window like she had wanted. To which the owner Daniel said their windows are custom made despite not providing a visual of what the product would look like.
