Saul gave us a tour of two properties that are 2 acres each. We bought the second that has built up roads and neighbors on the street. Huge community in the woods. We love the neighborhood and the people in Republic Grand Ranch. Building our forever home here now. Thankful our cousin told us about the land for sale here. Also you have a choice of builders to choose from. I love the community group chat. Also the people are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Just closed on a homesite in Republic Grand Ranch and our Land Consultant Jason G. was a HUGE help to us. We didn't exactly know what lot features were going to be important to us long term and Jason was able to detect that, and walk us through it. He showed us lots with differing major features (lot size, young vs older trees, tree diversity, flat vs slightly contoured, streams vs no streams, etc). Republic Grand Ranch is an impressive, well-planned community! Rumor has it that the same developers behind Texas Grand Ranch are leading this project—and it shows in the quality. The neighborhood offers spacious 2- and 3-acre lots (possibly even larger), and everything is laid out beautifully. You can really see the potential here! Let me tell you about Brent Stowe, our sales rep at RGR…very helpful, listened intently to our desires and what our goals were. He showed us options and made suggestions that we hadn’t thought of.
