Great food. I had the bacon wrapped meatloaf. Excellent flavors with the slightest blue cheese hints. The smoothest texture I've had in meatloaf ever. Beer flights were well paired. The service from everyone was great but a special shoutout to Priscilla our hostess. She was very personable and a made a great experience for us.
My friend and I got food poisoning there Thursday night from the ahi tuna tar tar. I had another friend get food poisoning from the same dish about 6 months ago! STAY AWAY!!!! Worst sickness ever and when I called to let them know, they didn't seem too concerned about it! Obviously not going to change things.
Ate at Republic last night and O.M.G.!!! Each course was incredible - started off with the Pride of Oklahoma Beer Flight (all Ok beers), then had the Homemade Pub Pretzel w/ Beer-Cheese Fondue (incredible), then the Black Bean Tostada Stack (had SUPER fresh veggies) AND THEN DESSERT!!! Great food and the Raspberry Gimlet is awesome!!!
Had a great time Jeff was an excellent bartender had a great sense of humor while being very professional. The two German wheat beers were great i enjoyed them very much while my girlfriend liked the raspberry gimlet enough to get a second. Great service great drinks will come back again.
