Stop ripping people off. took my car in about a week and a half ago because it was making a winding noise. On the paperwork front desk lady wrote down reason for visit.. loud winding noise. I was told I would be contacted that day for a evaluation. It was day 3 before I finally received a call back. Guy named Gary said bad news, it's the transmission making the noise and needs replaced.
