Worst loan company ever. Make sure to read over everything. Even if it takes forever. It was my mistake to sign documentation with people I had a good history with, when I specifically told them I wanted things to remain the same and just asked for the unemployment piece. Which I just found out I do not have bc I was told I HAD to CHECK the option at the time I took out my 3rd loan. Not only was I signed up for disability insurance but I never CHECKED IT.
