Don’t ever, will never again. Only wish I could rate it a 0. Online payment is not correct; you think you've paid it off and look back and they’ve added more fees to the account. Then, all they want to say is sorry the online balance is incorrect; better yet corporate says, well our system has been down often, sorry for the error. Not once was there a how can we fix it; just to get hung up on and not allowed to take the survey at the end. SMH, I tried to not post but this was the worst.
Horrible unprofessional woman employee and female manager! I over heard them speak negative of a customer they were speaking to this afternoon on speaker phone! The caller was unclear about her information was not in the computer while she was attempting to make a payment her name was Shari? The manager had a nasty tone with this lady for no apparent reason. The men working here have great attitudes and kind! Respect people, don’t have them on speaker phone or find a different job!!!
I would give zero stars if I could .. terrible people terrible service
