Horrible unprofessional woman employee and female manager! I over heard them speak negative of a customer they were speaking to this afternoon on speaker phone! The caller was unclear about her information was not in the computer while she was attempting to make a payment her name was Shari? The manager had a nasty tone with this lady for no apparent reason. The men working here have great attitudes and kind! Respect people, don’t have them on speaker phone or find a different job!!!
