Mohammed and his team were extraordinary from the start. Great attention to detail, always managing expectations, extremely courteous with difficult neighbourly input... the result is a beautiful home better than we pictured and no stress. Highly recommend.

Caution advised! Initially, Mohammad, the company director, presents a pleasant demeanor and offers competitive pricing, but once you commit, the experience takes a downturn. Expect unexpected bills, shortcuts in the job, and limitations on major design elements to save costs. Despite timely payments, the project remained incomplete and significantly delayed. Despite his family's reputation in construction, Mohammad struggled to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines which resulted in big losses to us
We had a negative encounter with Republic Buildings, as they mishandled the process, resulting in significant losses for us. Despite no visible progress, they consistently demanded payment, ultimately abandoning the project and suing us for unfinished work. Additionally, they cut corners and deviated from the agreed-upon plan, blaming us for not accommodating certain aspects, despite providing a comprehensive design plan.
