This leasing agency appears deeply entwined in a dubious alliance with Bexar Towing Company, orchestrating what seems to be an illegal towing operation. Tow trucks perpetually haunt the 'private property' of the apartment complex, preying on vehicles that dare to exceed their parking pass by even the briefest of moments.
