Don’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Most disgusting unkept place ever. Dealt with german roaches my entire lease, they never cared to fully fix issue or offer any kind of help or support. They tried to charge me for the one and only clean out they offered for an issue that i did not cause. RIDICULOUS. Roach nests all throughout the apartment. Great staff , shoutout to Salma for helping me move into the complex. The maintenance staff is great , energetic and response to requests quickly. The apartment complex is a nice and safe area as well.
Carlos and Christian are an outstanding maintenance team! From day one, they were professional, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. Throughout our entire year at The Republic, they consistently provided excellent service and always made us feel valued as residents. Their positive attitudes and dedication never went unnoticed. If I was not moving across town, I would have absolutely resigned my lease at Republic. Front office is awesome, they have great communication & are always on top of things. Nydia is one of the best community managers I’ve ever had. Carlos & Christian, the maintenance team, always were friendly and on top of requests. Nydia, Salma, & Joey are always putting on and hosting events. They truly making living here enjoyable. If I could give them more stars, I would! I cannot say enough good things about Republic & Mox.
Apartments space is bigger than most other places, managers are great at service, gym and pool are really good, I highly recommend moving in
