I rarely give 5 stars to a restaurant but this place deserves it. Service was incredible, suggestions were spot on, and the food was beyond delicious!! Prefect portion sizes, menu offers a great variety, and the quality of food was higher than expected for the reasonable prices. Overall just a wonderful experience.
Republic is by far one of the best restaurants in Eastern Idaho! I love that it is locally owned and has such a great atmosphere with an awesome sheik decor. The food was fabulous and the service was fantastic! We plan to go back time and time again!

Our service was phenomenal. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was intimate but upscale, with the tables spaced apart enough to not have anyone's else's evening or conversation infringe on yours. It's not the typical chain restaurant experience where as many people are packed in as possible. We highly recommend the pita chips appetizer. The feta garlic dip is incredible! This new local restaurant is amazing! They're friendly, the location is beautiful along with the decor in side of local artwork, and the flavor is to die for!
Yummy, very creative lunch, great service & background music. If we didn't live 2,000 away, we'd eat here all the time.
