Lost Customer... Upon first visit...sure...staff seem friendly and knowledgeable...especially when this little run down store appears as though they could use the business...I purchased a newt from this store...runt of the pack...so i was told that if he had died or was on the verge of dying...to return in 2 weeks and they'd let me select a new newt to compensate. I returned to the store 2 1/2 weeks later w/ the newt practically dead...I was basically interrogated on how i took care of this newt...implying that it was my fau... read more
