I scheduled a semen analysis test for my husband a week in advance. The day before the appointment around 2:45pm, my husband says they called him to say his appointment has been canceled because the doctor is having surgery. I called to confirm this and was told yes that my husband would have to go to the location in Dallas. I asked if the doctor is a different doctor in Dallas vs Tyler and they said no, it’s the same doctor. I see that my original review was deleted. I would stay far away from this place. They don't answer the phone when you try to contact them, and when you call them, they have excuses. This week, they can't accept patients due to the doctor being on leave, but when I called WEEKS ago (when my original referral was sent, THAT I HAD TO GET RESENT BY MY PCP INSTEAD OF MY GYNOCOLOGIST), they told me they could set me up for May.
Loved Dr. Pinto! He was so informative and very helpful. Can’t recommend him enough!
