As I write this, I am holding my 10 week old perfect son. I am 42, had 4 unsuccessful IUIs at another clinic (terrible experience there). Dr. Phipps is a brilliant doctor who gives you an honest and accurate perspective on your situation. We were given a less than 10% chance of being successful. They won’t let kids go to ultrasound. They won’t let you take pictures/videos.
RRC is wonderful. I have 2 wonderful kids thanks to Dr. Brabec and her staff. The staff at RRC are amazing. They are there whenever you need them with helpful information. I recommend RRC for anyone who need care for infertility.
RecommendedI had my first initial visit here and so far so good. I’m not sure if they’ll get this but I want to thank Michelle Sands for assisting me with my questions and scheduling around my husband schedule. My nurse Becca was amazing, she makes you feel like a priority and she’s seems caring. Dr.Phipps was really helpful with my plan and also caring, I honestly saw for myself why they are #1 in the state. I’m very happy with my experience so far and I look forward to having their support!
In a time in my life that left me feeling I had no control and no clue as to what was going on, the staff at Reproductive Resources and Dr. Brabec made me feel supported and cared for. I cannot say enough amazing things about the Reproductive Resource Center in KC. Ashley held my hand through the process, told me more information about myself and my body than any doctor ever has, and really made me feel like she genuinely cared about me as a patient and a person. She laughed at my husbands dad jokes and really made us feel like we were in the right place from the first appointment. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone struggling with infertility
I wasn't happy at my previous reproductive med doctor, so I scheduled a second appointment with RRC at a friends' suggestion. I am so happy that we did! RRC made injections easy to understand, the process was well-explained, the doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and the nurses and receptionists make you feel like family. The clinic is also very clean and updated. Thankfully, we conceived our miracle with their help after 2 years of infertility due to endometriosis! �
We had an overall good experience here and we're lucky enough to conceive twins. My only complaint is that I would sometimes get lost in the shuffle and they forgot about me and where we were in the process. I even went back to introduce Dr Brabec and the helpful and caring staff to the babies. I would recommend RRC to anyone looking into fertility medicine. They really know what they are doing and you will be treated with compassion by most of the staff.
