Great experience with RMI. I started here in April of 2020 with Dr. T. We have had nothing but positive experiences. Since April 2020, we have successfully had 2 daughters and have a third on the way. RMI has given us the gift of children which felt so far away in 2020. We are forever grateful for ALL of the doctors and staff.

Unfortunately, I am not having a good experience with RMI. The staff is very helpful. However, the scheduling of services is very difficult. RMI has three offices(Oak Brook, Skoie, and Oak Lawn), yet they do not tell you that only certain offices perform certain test. For instance, I have had to wait three months to be seen in their office due to the ultra sound tech or nurse to draw blood not being in. The RMI team works very diligently to meet your goals. Everyone we dealt with took such good care of us during the ups and downs of our IVF journey. My nurses were always there to answer any question and provide support. I feel very fortunate to have been a patient at the RMI.
